When will I receive my order?

The total time to receive your Voghion order consists of two stages: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. This includes quality checks and warehouse handling.

Standard Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, approximately 90% of orders are delivered within 15–20 business days.

Special Exceptions

Pre-sale and Customized Items: Products marked as "Pre-sale" or "Made-to-Order" have longer fulfillment windows. Please refer to the specific Product Detail Page for their unique shipping estimates.

Peak Seasons

During major sales or holidays, processing and shipping may experience slight delays due to high order volumes.

Tracking Your Shipment

You can find the Estimated Delivery Date and real-time tracking updates in the "My Orders" section of the Voghion app or website.
