Can I permanently delete my Voghion account?

Yes, you can permanently delete your Voghion account. Please note that account deletion is irreversible—once completed, all your data will be removed and cannot be recovered.

After submitting your request, your account is usually deleted within 3-5 business days. If you change your mind, you can sign in and cancel the request before it’s processed.

How to delete your account？

1.Access your account: Click your profile icon in the top left corner and go to “My Profile.” on the website. Or go to “Me” > “Settings.” on the APP.

2.Start the deletion process: Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete Account.”

3.Confirm eligibility: Please ensure that there are no pending or sold orders in your account, nor any ongoing requests or processes. Then click “Apply to delete account.”

4.Review and agree: Read the account deletion terms carefully, tick to agree, and click “Continue.”

5.Verify your account: Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address to complete the request.

Didn’t receive the verification email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure your email address is correct, then click “Resend”
• If you still don’t receive the code, please contact Customer Care

Important information before deleting your account

Permanent data removal:

All your account data, including order history and personal information, will be permanently deleted.

Loss of access:

You will no longer be able to sign in or place orders using this account.

Account Closure Unavailable:

You have pending or uncompleted orders. Please complete or cancel any active orders before requesting account deletion.
