Why was my order split into multiple packages?
It is common for a single Voghion order to arrive in two or more separate packages. This usually happens to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Here are the primary reasons:
Different Warehouses or Sellers
Voghion products are often stored in different fulfillment centers. If your items are located in different warehouses or come from different third-party sellers, they must be shipped separately.
Varying Processing Times
Some items are ready for immediate dispatch, while others may require extra time for quality checks or restocking. To avoid delaying your entire order, we ship ready-to-go items first.
Logistical & Weight Limits
To comply with international shipping regulations and carrier weight limits, large or heavy orders may be divided into multiple boxes to ensure safe transit.
Separate Tracking Numbers
Each package in a split shipment will have its own unique tracking number. You can monitor the progress of every individual parcel in the "My Orders" section of the Voghion app.
Note: You will not be charged extra shipping fees for orders that are split into multiple packages by Voghion.
