Yes, you can modify your shipping address on Voghion, but only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Follow these guidelines based on your order status:

Before the Order is Shipped

1. You can update your details directly in the app or website.
2. Open the Voghion app or website and go to the "Me" tab.
3. Select "To Be Shipped" to see your pending orders.
4. Locate your order and tap the "Edit Address" button.
5. Enter your new shipping information and save the changes.

After the Order is Shipped

Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "In Transit," the shipping address cannot be changed. Voghion's logistics system locks the data once the package is handed to the carrier.

What to do if it's already shipped

We recommend monitoring your tracking number closely. Once the package reaches your local area, you may try contacting the local courier service directly to see if they offer address redirection or pickup options.
