If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or refund request within 30 days of delivery. Follow these steps to start the process:

Open the Voghion app or visit Voghion.com. Go to the "Me" tab and select "My Orders."

Step 2: Submit a Request

Find the relevant order, open the Order Details page, and tap the "Return/Refund" or "After-sales" button.

Step 3: Provide Evidence

To ensure a fast resolution, you must upload the following:

• Clear photos or videos of the item (highlighting any defects or damage).
• A clear photo of the original shipping label on the package.
