How do I track my refund?

Once a refund has been approved, you can easily monitor its status through the Voghion platform. Please follow these steps to track your funds:

Step 1: Check Refund Status in the App

1. Open the Voghion app or visit Voghion.com and sign in.
2. Go to the "Me" or "Account" tab and select "My Orders."
3. Locate the specific order and tap "Refund Details" or "After-sales Details". Here, you will see the current stage of your refund.

Step 2: Refund Method

All refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method or Voghion wallet. Funds will be credited instantly.

Step 3: Processing Timeline

• Voghion Processing: We usually process refunds within 1–3 business days of approval.
• Bank Processing: Once Voghion issues the refund, it typically takes 7–14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What to do if the refund is delayed?

If "Refund Success" is shown but you haven't received the funds after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider with the refund transaction ID found in your order details.
