How long does it take for an order to ship?

The time it takes for Voghion to dispatch your order depends on the type of product purchased. Please refer to the following processing windows:

Standard Items

For regular, non-pre-sale, and non-customized items, order processing and dispatch typically take 3–5 business days.

Pre-sale and Customized Items

Because these products are made-to-order or have limited availability, their specific shipping timelines are listed directly on the product detail page.

Shipping Notification: As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, Voghion will send you an automatic notification via email and the app. This will include your Tracking Number and the carrier's information.

Order Status: You can monitor your order's progress from "Processing" to "Shipped" at any time by visiting the "My Orders" section in your Voghion account.

Note: "Shipping time" refers to how long it takes to prepare your package for the carrier. Transit time (delivery) will vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
