Can I cancel my order before receiving it?

Yes, you can cancel your Voghion order, but your options depend on whether the package has already been dispatched. Follow these guidelines:

If the Order Has NOT Shipped

You can cancel directly within the app for a full refund.

1. Open the Voghion app and go to the "Me" tab.
2. Select "My Orders" and find the order you wish to stop.
3. Tap the "CANCEL" button and follow the prompts to submit your request.
4. Your request will be reviewed and processed by our system or the seller.

If the Order HAS Already Shipped

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or intercepted.

• Recommendation: Please wait for the package to be delivered.
• Return Option: You can initiate a Return Request within 30 days of receiving the item.
