How do I use a coupon code, and why isn’t it working?

Coupon codes can be applied at checkout to save on your order, but only one coupon can be used per order.

How to Use a Coupon Code

1. Automatically Applied Coupons

When placing an order, Voghion’s system will automatically select the most beneficial coupon to maximize your savings.

2. Manually Adding a Coupon

Go to Me → Coupon → Unused in the app or on the website, enter your new coupon code in the “Enter Coupon Code” field, and click Apply.

3. Customer Service Coupons

At checkout on the Order Confirmation page, click “Apply Coupon”, enter the extra coupon code provided by customer service, and click Apply.

Common Reasons a Coupon May Not Work

• The code was typed incorrectly
• The code has expired
• Minimum order requirements were not met (e.g., £33.63 off for orders of £309.58 or more)
• Another coupon is already applied

Additional Notes

Only one coupon per order can be used, but it may combine with automatic platform promotions like discounts or spend-and-save offers, depending on the promotion rules.
