Under what circumstances can I request a return?

Voghion allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. You are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

Quality Issues

The item arrived damaged, is defective, or has noticeable manufacturing flaws.

Item Not as Described

The product does not match the photos or description on the listing, the wrong item was sent, or there are missing parts.

Incorrect Size

The item does not fit as expected. Note that for sizing returns, the product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Change of Mind

If you no longer want the item (buyer's remorse), you may return it provided it is in original, resalable condition.

• Note: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition Requirement

All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
