How do I update my account information?

You can update your account details at any time by signing in to your Voghion account.

Access your account

• On Voghion.com: Click the account (person) icon in the top left corner.
• On the app: Go to “Me” from the bottom menu, then open Settings or your profile.

Password

• On Voghion.com: Select “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and confirm your email address. We’ll send you a reset link—click it and follow the steps to create a new password.
• On the app: Go to “My Profile” > “Change Password”, then enter your current password and your new password.

Tip: Your new password should be 5–16 characters long.

Email, phone number & delivery address

1. Go to: “Me” > “Addresses”.
2. Find the address you want to update and click “Edit.”
3. Update your details (name, phone number, email, or delivery address), then click “Save.”

Tip: You can also set a default shipping or billing address here.

Name & profile details

1. Click your username (top left) and select “My Profile.”
2. Edit your name or profile details, then click “Save.”

From this page, you can update your first name, last name, and other profile information. Adding your date of birth may help you receive special birthday offers.

Payment methods

You can manage your payment methods during checkout. On the app, go to “Payment Methods” to view or select available options.

Important notes

• Always click “Save” after making changes.
• Updates to your account won’t affect any orders you’ve already placed.
