How you get it

You can choose to receive refunds as Voghion Credit instead of returning the money to your original payment method.

How to use it

Your available credit will appear at checkout, where you can apply it directly to your order. If your credit is in a different currency, it will be automatically converted at the current EUR exchange rate during checkout.

Important limitations

Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Credits cannot be transferred to another account.

If used on an unpaid order, they will be temporarily locked until the order is completed or cancelled.
