How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping details on Voghion as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Follow these instructions based on your order status:

For Orders Not Yet Shipped

You can modify your address directly through the app or website:

1. Open the Voghion app or visit Voghion.com and sign in.
2. Go to "Me" and select the "To Be Shipped" section.
3. Locate the specific order and tap "Edit Address."
4. Enter the new recipient name, full address, and phone number, then save your changes.

For Orders Already Shipped

Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "In Transit," the shipping address cannot be changed via the app for security and logistics reasons.

What to do if it’s already shipped

• Check your "My Orders" for the tracking number and identify the carrier.
• Contact the carrier’s local customer service immediately to see if they offer address redirection.
• If you need further help, message Voghion Support with your order number and tracking details.
