Will my coupon be returned after I cancel an order?

Whether your coupon is returned depends on the order status and refund type. If you have questions or your coupon hasn’t been restored as expected, contact customer service for assistance.

1.Unpaid Orders

If you cancel before completing payment, the coupon has not been used and will be automatically returned. You can reuse it within its original validity period.

2.Paid Orders (Full Refund)

If the coupon was applied to a fully paid order and the entire order is refunded, the coupon will usually be restored to your account with its original validity (typically 7 days).

3.Partial Refunds

Coupons are generally not returned for partially refunded orders.
