How long does it take to receive my refund?

The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the reimbursement method chosen during the request process. Please refer to the following timelines:

Refund to Voghion Credits

This is the fastest method. Once your return or refund request is approved, the funds are added to your Voghion account immediately.

Refund to Original Payment Method

After approval, the refund is typically processed within 7–14 business days. (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Klarna).

Bank Processing Delays

While Voghion issues refunds promptly, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the transaction on your statement. In some cases, this can take up to 30 business days.

Tracking the Status

You can check whether your refund has been issued by going to "My Orders" > "Refund Details" in the Voghion app.

What to do if your refund is missing?

If the status shows "Refund Success" but you haven't received the money after 14 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider with the transaction details.
