How do I check my Voghion Credit balance and expiration date?

You can view your Voghion Credit balance, status, and transaction history in the “Me” section of the Voghion app.

What You Can Check

Available credits – Ready to use for checkout

Unavailable credits – Pending rewards not yet released

Transaction records – Including refunds received as Voghion Credit

Currency display – Shown in your selected currency (e.g. GBP)

Additional Notes

Refunds issued as Voghion Credit will appear here instantly after processing.

Reward credits may remain unavailable until your order is delivered and confirmed.
