Our company specializes in women's footwear for domestic and international trade! We support mixed orders and dropshipping on Taobao! Regarding the smell, we produce the shoes ourselves, and they are released as soon as they are manufactured, without any interval. There may be a slight smell of glue or leather. The smell of glue will dissipate after being left in a ventilated area for a while. This is not a quality issue. The shoes are shipped without a shoe box. If you mind this, please consider carefully before purchasing! Regarding prices, all of our products are directly produced by the manufacturer. Operating costs + 2 to 3 yuan profit = wholesale price! Small profits, quick turnover! Lower than the market wholesale price!! Regarding quality, our company's footwear is produced by large-scale manufacturers. Mass-produced items cannot be completely free of defects. Minor issues such as exposed glue or loose threads that are not visible to the naked eye are not considered quality problems! Regarding freight, small items can be sent by express delivery, while large items can be sent by logistics or freight station. For orders of 30 pairs or more, we can ship to a freight station, which is relatively cheaper. The shipping cost for one box of goods is approximately 30-50 yuan. For bulk wholesale orders, we recommend using freight shipping. One box can hold a minimum of 30 pairs. The downside is that delivery takes a long time, and there is no real-time tracking of logistics information. You have to pick up the goods yourself upon arrival! We first create an order and then dispatch the goods. It is normal for there to be no logistics information after the order is filled and the shipping label is created. After dispatch, if there are out-of-stock sizes, missing colors, or no stock available, we will notify you via chat and ask you to apply for a refund. Please be aware of this! Regarding after-sales service, Shudu Shoe Store has activated the "Integrity Pass" and "Buyer Protection" services; it has also undergone on-site enterprise certification to guarantee its service credibility! If there are any issues with the shoes sold, please contact our customer service promptly to explain the situation 36-41
