Size issue: The size runs a bit small (for those with narrow feet or wide feet, it is recommended to choose one size larger), you can contact customer service before purchasing. Color difference issue: The images are taken of the actual product, but due to differences in camera, monitor, and lighting, there may be slight color variations in very few cases. Odor issue: Our store sells directly from the manufacturer, and newly produced shoes may have some glue smell, which is not related to quality. Place the shoes in a cool, ventilated area and the smell will dissipate. After-sales issues: If there are any problems with the shoes sold, please contact our customer service immediately to explain the situation, and customer service will handle it. Quality issues: If serious quality issues such as separation of the sole or the product falling apart occur within 7 days, our store will cover all costs for resolution. Return and exchange issues: For exchanges due to reasons other than quality issues or incorrect shipment, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Minor loose threads, small stains, slight color differences, faint glue smell, etc., are not considered quality issues and return/exchange at your own expense
