Wholesale Customers Must Read Before Purchasing 1. Regarding order fulfillment: Our warehouse department has three positions for order fulfillment, inventory checking, and packing, with an approved and managed assessment system. Therefore, it is difficult to make mistakes in terms of product types and quantities. Additionally, each shipment comes with a packing list for easy counting upon receipt.Cooperation must be based on trust. We will not intentionally short-ship any items. Friends, please be careful when counting the goods, and don't just randomly place items here and there, or let everyone handle them haphazardly. You count, I count. I re-emphasize: trust is the foundation, so please consider this before placing your order. 2. Regarding out-of-stock items: We do not want to run out of stock, because there are many varieties and orders. When we accept an order, we clearly see that the items are in stock, but during the shipping process, some items may become unavailable. Therefore, we do not notify you separately about out-of-stock items; we ship directly. The shipping list will indicate the items that are out of stock, and we keep a record of this. After receiving the goods, customers can apply for a refund for the items indicated on the list. We do not separately charge for the missing items. If the quantity of out-of-stock items is significant, we will communicate with you promptly to decide whether to ship this batch of goods or not 3. Regarding the receipt of goods: When receiving goods, whether it is delivered by courier or logistics, please be sure to inspect the goods on the spot and check the inventory according to the delivery list before signing for receipt (especially if the box is damaged, be sure to carefully count the items). If any issues are found during the signing process, please contact us immediately using the phone number on the delivery list while the courier or logistics company personnel are present. We will not be responsible for any discrepancies or omissions reported after the goods have been signed for. If you have any concerns, please do not purchase. Thank you for your understanding. For customers who are really concerned, it is recommended to use logistics services, with the goods insured before shipment and inspected on site upon arrival. This way, in case of loss or damage, the logistics company will provide corresponding compensation.Whether the courier company offers insurance is not very significant, but in case of damage or loss, there will be corresponding compensation. Attention! Signature is invalid! Be sure to inspect the goods before signing for them, otherwise, if you claim damage after signing, the courier or logistics company will not compensate! It will be useless to discuss it with us afterwards! Some customers, after signing, discover damage or loss and want us to compensate, but we can't afford it. As online wholesalers, our profit margins are very low, and any loss or damage is the responsibility of the logistics or courier companies. All we can do is assist in filing claims.
