No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products without quality issues If there are no quality issues with the shoes, our store does not allow returns; do not return them on the grounds of disliking them, thinking the quality is not as good as imagined, or due to the shoes having an odor.Request a return or exchange. 3. How to return or exchange goods with quality issues? If there are serious quality issues with the shoes themselves, such as large areas of glue detachment, large areas of leather tearing, seams coming undone, sole breakage, mold growth, upper breakage, heel detachment, or issues with the foot's stability, the buyer should contact us promptly within [number] days of receiving the goods to explain the problem. If the issue is not very serious, we will repair it if possible. However, if the issue is indeed serious, we will not accept such issues within [number] days from the date of receipt. Cheap shoes do not include the cost of after-sales warranty, and are considered goods without after-sales warranty. Please take good photos and send them to us for confirmation and verification. If the goods meet the above conditions before being worn or used, we will accept returns and exchanges. The return and exchange shipping costs for problematic goods will be divided equally between the buyer and seller.Note: This is easy to understand. When you pick up goods in a physical store, you can't possibly inspect each item carefully before paying. Even if you do inspect them, there's still no guarantee that there won't be any issues. If you find a quality problem when you get home, you'll have to pay for the shipping to exchange it yourself.Additionally, our profit margins are very low; the profit from the products is not enough to cover shipping costs.Sorry! If the problematic shoes are returned by the customer without our confirmation, we will refuse to sign for the return to the buyer and will not be responsible for any costs incurred. Alternatively, if we have confirmed the issue with the shoes but have not confirmed the shipping cost and the customer sends the shoes at an exorbitant shipping cost, we will only pay the corresponding portion of the shipping cost according to our standard rates when we send the goods. We have verified that for shoes returned with our consent, shipping costs must be prepaid, as the price for cash-on-delivery shipping is double the prepaid price.Once we receive the problematic shoes, we will immediately pay the buyer the return shipping fee.
