Regarding quality] Before shipping, our store arranges for dedicated personnel to inspect the products, so there are generally no quality issues. As for minor issues such as a little glue residue, slight adhesive detachment, stains, loose threads, missing stitches, gaps, small pinholes left by the stitching on the shoe upper, and needle skipping stitches, these do not affect the wearability or saleability of the shoes Detailed product recommendations How to return or exchange goods with quality issues after purchase? If there are serious quality issues with the shoes themselves, such as large areas of glue detachment, large areas of leather tearing, seams coming undone, sole breakage, mold growth, upper breakage, heel detachment, or foot slippage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods to explain the problem. If the issue is not serious, we will repair it if possible. However, if the issue is indeed serious, we will not accept such requests within 3 days of the receipt date. Cheap shoes do not include the cost of after-sales warranty, and are considered goods without after-sales warranty. Please take good photos and send them to us for confirmation and verification. If the goods meet the above conditions before being worn or used, we will accept returns and exchanges. The return and exchange shipping costs for problematic goods will be divided equally between the buyer and seller.Note: This is easy to understand. When you pick up goods in a physical store, you can't possibly inspect each item carefully before paying. Even if you do inspect them, there's still no guarantee that there won't be any issues. If you find quality problems when you get home, you'll have to pay for the shipping to exchange them yourself.Additionally, our profit margins are very low; the profit from the products is not enough to cover shipping costs. Please understand about returns]Our store does not support 7-day no-reason returns[About returns1Our store does not support 7-day no-reason returns
