Baby Introduction According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, humans have "four roots" - ear root, nose root, breast root, and foot root, with the foot root being the foundation of the four roots. The importance of feet to the human body can be seen from the fact that as people age, their feet weaken first, and when wood withers, their roots wither first. The soles of the feet are a mirror reflecting human health, with numerous neural reflex zones distributed. The foot reflex zones act on the corresponding internal organs and tissues of the human body through corresponding nerves and blood vessels. The physiological condition of the foot reflex zone directly reflects the health status of the human body. 35-40   41-48
