[Regarding size] For standard sizes, those with wide or thick feet are advised to order one size larger [About Agents] Supports dropshipping and mixed batch orders for agents. [Regarding color differences] Due to possible variations in lighting during product photography and when the buyer views the item, as well as differences in monitors, there may be some color differences. For these reasons, it is impossible to achieve a complete match with the actual item. Please understand [Regarding the smell] Newly manufactured shoes have a slight glue smell, which is not related to quality. The smell will dissipate if the shoes are placed in a ventilated area [Regarding Shipping] Our store defaults to using Zhongtong Express for small items. If you need to use a logistics line, please contact customer service. [Regarding After-Sales Service] If there are any issues with the shoes, please contact customer service immediately and explain the situation [About Glue] Glue is an essential material in shoe production. There will always be some variation in the amount of glue on the edges of each pair of shoes, which is normal. The product images have been processed with Photoshop, so you may not see traces of glue; please refer to the actual product received [Regarding Quality] Our store arranges for specialized personnel to conduct inspections before shipping, and there are no quality issues at all.As for minor issues such as a few glue marks, slight detachment of glue, stains, loose threads, stitching issues, gaps, small pinholes left by the stitching needle when stepping on the shoe upper, and needle skipping stitches, which do not affect wearability or sales, please handle them yourself. If these are unacceptable, please do not place an order. Placing an order indicates your agreement to our store's rules. We do not accept returns for bulk purchases. Thank you for your cooperation! How to return or exchange goods with quality issues after purchase? 1. If the shoes themselves have serious quality issues: such as large areas of glue detachment, large areas of leather tearing, seams coming apart, sole breakage, mold growth, upper breakage, heel detachment, or issues with the foot's stability, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods to explain the problem. If the issue is not serious and can be repaired, we will do so. However, if the issue is indeed serious, we will not accept such requests within 3 days from the date of receipt. Cheap shoes do not include the cost of after-sales warranty, and are considered goods without after-sales warranty. Please take good photos and send them to us for confirmation and verification. If the goods meet the above conditions before being worn or used, we will accept returns and exchanges. The return and exchange shipping costs for problematic goods will be divided equally between the buyer and seller.Note: This is easy to understand. When you go to a physical wholesale store to pick up goods, you can't possibly inspect each item carefully before paying. Even if you do inspect them, there's still no guarantee that there won't be any issues. If you find quality problems when you get home, you'll have to pay for the shipping to exchange them yourself.Additionally, our profit margins are very low; the profit from the products is not enough to cover shipping costs. Please forgive me [Regarding returns] Our store does not support 7-day no-reason returns
