。 The following situations do not fall under the scope of returns and exchanges: 1. Some minor issues: For example, loose threads left after sewing on some shoes, glue marks left after applying glue to the bottom edge, small burrs on the injection-molded sole, exposed threads, and slight marks left after peeling off the burrs 2. Issues such as the smell of the shoes, the thickness of the material, the size, and color differences are subjective opinions and do not fall under the category of quality problems. 3. The shoe box is damaged; this issue is mainly caused during transportation. 4. The 0.05kg small pinholes left by the needle when pressing on the shoe upper and the needle skipping stitches 5. Washable stains 2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products without quality issues If there are no quality issues with the shoes, our store does not allow returns; please do not return them on the grounds of disliking them, not meeting your expectations in terms of quality, or having an unpleasant smell.Request a return or exchange. 3. How to return or exchange goods with quality issues? 1. If the shoes themselves have serious quality issues, such as large areas of glue detachment, large areas of leather tearing, seams coming undone, sole breakage, mold growth, upper breakage, heel detachment, or slipping while walking, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods to explain the problem. If the issue is not serious and can be repaired, we will do so. However, if the issue is indeed serious, we will not accept such requests within 3 days from the date of receipt. These are cheap shoes, and the factory price does not include the cost of after-sales warranty. These are products without an after-sales warranty period, so please take good photos and send them to us for confirmation and verification. If the product meets the above conditions before being worn or used, we will accept returns or exchanges. The return and exchange shipping costs for problematic products will be divided equally between the buyer and seller.Note: This is easy to understand. When you go to a physical wholesale store to pick up goods, you can't possibly inspect each item carefully before paying. Even if you do inspect them, you still can't guarantee there won't be any issues. If you find quality problems when you get home, you'll have to pay for the shipping to exchange them yourself.Additionally, our profit margins are very low; the profit from the products is not enough to cover shipping costs. Please forgive me! 2. If the problematic shoes are returned by the customer without our confirmation, we will refuse to sign for the return to the buyer and will not be responsible for any costs incurred. Alternatively, if the problematic shoes are confirmed and verified, but the shipping cost is not confirmed and an exorbitant shipping fee is charged, we will only pay the corresponding portion of the shipping cost according to our standard rates when we send the goods. We have verified that for shoes that we agree to return, shipping costs must be prepaid, as the price for cash-on-delivery shipping is double the prepaid price.Once we receive the problematic shoes, we will immediately pay the buyer the return shipping fee 36-42 36-42 11
